The Single Head Adjustable Output Pump is one of four types in Stenner’s Classic Series and is an ideal choice for treating problem water. The pump can inject water treatment solutions for pH control or to oxidize iron, hydrogen sulfide or manganese for removal by filtration. Disinfection, pH control or adjustment, corrosion and scale control and oxidation are common water treatment applications found in markets such as Water Conditioning, Animal Health, Industrial Process, Water and Wastewater, and Cooling Towers.

The versatility of the product expands into other markets as well, such as Legionella prevention in Cooling Towers, sprinkler head cleaning in Irrigation and Horticulture and plating bath treatment in the Metal Finishing industry. The pumps are widely popular in the commercial pool industry for sanitizing swimming pool water or maintaining the equipment.

How the Single Head Adjustable Output Pump Works

The output is determined by three factors; the rpm of the motor gears, the setting on the feed rate control and the pump tube size. The feed rate control has an external dial ring that is labeled L to 10 offering an adjustable output range from 5% to 100% in 2.5% increments.

Classic  Single Head Fixed Output Injection Pump

The electromechanical Classic Single Head Fixed Output Injection Pump works well with controllers.

The Single Head Fixed Output Injection Pump is one of four types in Stenner’s Classic Series. This peristaltic metering pump injects solutions at a fixed rate and can be activated by a water meter for proportional feed for drinking water disinfection for animal health or homeowners. It can also be installed with a controller for sanitizing a swimming pool. Great news for installers in the commercial pool industry, the Classic Series single head fixed pump has been tested by ETL to conform to the ANSI/NSF standard 50 when used with ANSI/NSF 50 listed controllers. Additional applications include pH control, oxidation, corrosion and scale control and more.

How the Single Head Fixed Output Injection Pump Works – The output is not adjustable and is determined by the rpm of the motor gears and the size of the pump tube. The motor’s output shaft rotates at a fixed rpm which drives the roller assembly within the pump head.

Classic Double Head Adjustable Chemical Injection Pump

The Double Head Adjustable Output Pump is another variation to select from in the Classic Series, electro-mechanical pump line.  Similar to the other models in the Classic series, the Double Head Adjustable Output Pump will dose solutions such as sodium hypochlorite, acid, polyphosphates, biocides for common water treatment applications that include disinfection, pH control, corrosion and scale control,  oxidation  and  sanitization.  This pump series provides twice the output for large Commercial Pool and Aquatic Facilities or Water and Wastewater treatment plants. The pump can also inject two compatible solutions at the same ratio. The Classic Series double head adjustable output pump is built the same way as the single head adjustable with the addition of another pump head that doubles the output.

Classic Double Head Fixed Chemical Injection Pump

The Double Head Fixed Output, another variation to select from in the Classic Series, electro-mechanical pump line.
If requiring more output than the Classic single head pump offers, especially with 25 psi installations for larger commercial swimming pools, then the double head pump may be your answer. Similar to the other models in the Classic series, the pump will dose solutions such as sodium hypochlorite, acid, polyphosphates, biocides for common water treatment applications that include disinfection, pH control, corrosion and scale control, oxidation and sanitization. Also utilized in water and wastewater treatment plants, the pump can inject two compatible liquids at the same ratio. The Classic Series double head fixed pump is built the same way as the single head fixed with the addition of another pump head that doubles the output. The pump runs at 100% fixed rate and can be installed to an ORP type controller to manage the output.
