Stenner Econ
Stennicator Pump
Highlights
- Activated by dry contact pulse water meter
- Signal repeater relay
- Activate multiple pumps with one meter
- Tube replacement without tools
- Tank System or Meter System available
Not a Traditional Medicator, Inject Straight into the Water Line
Typical medicators use water to mix stock solutions needed for injection and are adversely affected by poor water quality such as grit, hardness or iron. Poor water quality does not affect the performance of the Stennicator; the pump injects straight into the water line eliminating garden hose bypasses that restrict flow.
For water flows up to 5.4 gallons per minute, a second Stennicator can be added for a duplex installation. A third pair of leads can be intertwined to cut the run time in half. This allows injection at 1:256 so two pumps can be wired in series to accommodate higher flow rates.
Stenner Econ
Integrator™ Pump
Flow activated proportional injection for water treatment on the farm
Highlights
- Activated by dry contact signal
- Operates at set time or speed
- Built-in signal repeater
- Activate multiple pumps with one meter
- Tube replacement without tools
Water Treatment on the Farm Without Additional Equipment
Quality water is proven to contribute to the health & production of livestock & poultry and to the maintenance of the water supply equipment. The Integrator is economical; it doesn’t require an additional water meter dedicated to chemical feed for water treatment. The pump is also offered in 24VDC for installations where standard voltage is unavailable.
A built-in repeater relay provides a dry contact output signal that replicates the same signal the pump receives. The relay feature is especially useful in livestock or poultry operations where an existing dry contact water meter is being utilized to tally water consumption to a controller. Water consumption, a key indicator for animal health is uninterrupted. The relay feature is also perfect for installations requiring multiple pumps, which can be activated by one dry contact pulse water meter.
Water Treatment Applications
- Water and water line disinfection; pH adjustment
- Injection of nutrients and supplements into water lines
- Oxidation of iron, hydrogen sulfide or manganese
- Injection of polyphosphate solutions for corrosion and scale control on plumbing fixtures
Stenner Econ
FP Series Pump
Compact flow activated peristaltic pump for light duty applications
Highlights:
- Activated by dry contact signal
- Operates at a set time or speed
- 10:1 turndown, 1% increments
- Tube replacement without tools
Flow Activated with Three Modes of Operation
The Econ FP is perfect for light-duty applications such as drinking water disinfection or pH adjustment for private water wells in homes or farms. In the animal health market such as poultry hatcheries, the FP can inject nutrients or supplements into the drinking water or disinfect the water lines with the injection of acids, chlorine, or chlorine dioxide. The pump is also offered in 24VDC for installations where standard voltage is unavailable.
How It Works: The Econ FP is flow activated from a water meter, control valve, flow switch or from any control equipment that responds to flow. The pump accepts a dry contact or a 12-24 VAC/VDC signal and runs at a set time or a set speed according to the mode of operation selected. The control panel displays one of three operating modes, Seconds, Flow Switch, and Auxiliary and the percent setting for each. The functions are easy to program on the six-button control pad with a backlit LCD window.
Stenner Econ T
Series Pump
Programmable timer activated peristaltic metering pump for scheduled injection
Highlights
- 7 day / 24 hour timer
- 24 independent events
- Enclosed housing
- Tube replacement without tools
Automatic Dosing on a Programmed Schedule
The Econ T provides a 24-event control capability with an integral timer in a compact pump for light duty applications requiring a dosing schedule.
How It Works: There are 24 independent programmable on and off events within a 7-day period. The minimum is 1 minute up to a maximum of 23 hours and 59 minutes within each programmed event. Each event can be programmed for a specific ON time and a specific OFF time in increments by hour and minute. The control panel with an LCD display has a programmable clock using a 24-hour format and a battery backup to maintain the internal time and programmed event settings. The display indicators represent the days of the week, operating mode and the events. During operation, the panel displays the current day, time and mode of operation. The pump is also offered in 24VDC for installations where standard voltage is unavailable.
